1964年1月出生，江蘇高郵人，碩士研究生。高郵，是世界遺產(chǎn)城市、國(guó)家歷史文化名城、國(guó)家全域旅游示范區(qū)。地處江蘇省地理幾何中心、長(zhǎng)江三角洲。是中國(guó)民歌之鄉(xiāng)、中國(guó)七夕文化之鄉(xiāng)、中華詩(shī)詞之鄉(xiāng)、全國(guó)集郵之鄉(xiāng)、中國(guó)建筑之鄉(xiāng)。

He was born in January 1964 in Gaoyou, Jiangsu Province. Gaoyou is a world heritage city, a national historical and cultural city, and a national tourism demonstration area. It is located in the geographical geometric center of Jiangsu Province and the Yangtze River Delta. It is the hometown of Chinese folk songs, Chinese Qixi culture, Chinese poetry, philately and Chinese architecture.
